Track my order


Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your package once it's in transit. You can also sign up for text alerts about your package. You'll know when your package ships, when it's about to be delivered, and when it's been delivered.

CARRIER INFORMATION

Orders ship via UPS or FedEx, unless delivery location requires USPS.

BILLING AND CREDIT CARD DETAILS

To ensure an on-time delivery, please enter your billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Failure to enter the correct billing address and phone number on file with your bank may result in delays to your order. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrectly entered billing information.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Any temporary authorizations placed on your card when placing an order should drop off in 3-5 business days.

CANCELLING AND MODIFYING ORDERS

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they are placed. If you have questions about making a return please see to our return information page or call Customer Care during normal business hours.
